Workshop bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by RCM. If you need to cancel, please notify RCM in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms set out in our full Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, RCM being able to re-sell your workshop place. If RCM needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered either an alternative workshop date or a full refund of the workshop fee paid.
